Application/Removal Guides & FAQs

background plain

Step 1

Use a nail buffer to gently buff the surface of your natural nails. Then wipe down each nail with the alcohol pad. This helps remove any oils and residue, allowing the press-on nails to adhere better.

Step 2

Push back the cuticles (optional)
If desired, use a cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles. This step is optional but can help create a neater and more professional-looking manicure.

Step 3

Apply adhesive - depending on your preference, you can use adhesive tabs or nail glue to attach the press-on nails. If you choose adhesive tabs, peel off the backing and apply it to your natural nail. For nail glue, apply a small amount to the press-on nail, spreading it evenly, and then press it onto your natural nail.

Step 4

Press and hold
Once you've positioned the press-on nail on your natural nail, firmly press it down and hold it for a few seconds to ensure a secure bond. Repeat the process for all your nails and don't get your hands wet for a few hours afterwards!

Application Process

Step 1

In a bowl, add some warm water, dish soap and a few drops of oil

Step 2

With the cutical pusher provided with your set, gently lift the very edges on the press ons and apply cuticle oil along the edges. The oil should seep into the edges you gently lifted.

Step 3

Soak the nails in the bowl of warm water, every few minutes, use the cuticle pusher to try lift of more of the press ons, be gentle and patient. Use more cuticle oil if needed.

Step 4

Depending on the level of prep you did before applying the nails, they may come off easier or take a little more time to come lose. Once removed, I recommend buffing/filing off the glue residue to prolong the durability of your press on sets, ensuring less glue build up.
